Appointments

Appointments are required. Walk-ins may be accommodated based on availability. Arrival Time

Patients should arrive 15 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment. 

Late Arrivals

Patients arriving more than 15 minutes late may be asked to reschedule. 

Cancellations

At least 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations.

No-Show Policy

Missed appointments without notice may be subject to a no-show fee.

Medication Refills

Refill requests should be submitted during regular business hours and may require an appointment. 

Return Policy (Services)  

Medical services are not “returnable.” If you believe you were charged incorrectly, please contact us and we will review your account and process corrections or refunds as appropriate (see Refund Policy).

Refunds for Overpayments

If you overpay your balance, we will issue a refund to the original payment method when feasible.

Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after the refund is approved.  

Non-Refundable Fees

Certain administrative fees (e.g., document fees, missed appointment fees) may be non-refundable if disclosed at the time of charge.

FINANCIAL POLICY

Patients are responsible for:

  • Copayments at time of service

  • Deductibles and coinsurance as determined by their insurance plan

  • Services not covered by insurance

Self-pay patients must pay at the time of visit unless prior arrangements are made.

We will submit claims to participating insurance carriers as a courtesy. Coverage determination is between the patient and the insurance company.

BILLING TERMS & CONDITIONS

By receiving services at Packer Medical Center, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate insurance information

  • Pay all patient-responsibility balances

  • Update demographic and billing information as needed

  • Be financially responsible for services not covered by insurance

Unpaid balances may be subject to billing statements and, if unresolved, referral to a third-party collections service in accordance with applicable laws.

PAYMENT POLICY

Accepted payment methods:

  • Credit and debit cards

  • HSA/FSA cards

  • Approved digital payments

Payment is due at the time of service unless prior billing arrangements have been made.

REFUND POLICY (MEDICAL SERVICES)

Medical services already rendered are non-refundable.

Refunds may be issued only in cases of:

  • Duplicate payment

  • Billing error

  • Overpayment verified by our billing department

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method when possible.
