Appointment Cancellation Policy

Call Doctor Packer Telemedicine, LLC strives to provide timely access to care for all patients. Missed appointments reduce appointment availability for other patients who may need medical care.

If you are unable to attend your scheduled telemedicine visit, we request that you cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance whenever possible.

Late Cancellation Fee

Appointments canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled visit time may be subject to a $50 late cancellation fee.

This fee helps offset the time reserved for your appointment that cannot be offered to another patient.

Missed Appointment (No-Show) Fee

If a patient fails to attend a scheduled telemedicine appointment without prior notice, the appointment may be considered a no-show.

A $75 no-show fee may be charged to the patient's payment method on file.

Late Arrival to Virtual Visits

Patients are encouraged to log in to the telemedicine platform 5–10 minutes before their scheduled appointment time.

If a patient arrives more than 10 minutes after the scheduled appointment time, the physician may need to reschedule the visit depending on scheduling availability.

In such cases, the appointment may be treated as a late cancellation or no-show.

Repeated Missed Appointments

Patients with multiple missed appointments may be required to prepay for future appointments before scheduling additional visits.

Emergencies and Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that unexpected emergencies can occur. If an emergency prevents you from attending your appointment, please contact our office as soon as possible so we may assist with rescheduling.
